What to Expect When You Apply

Trans Nepal isn’t a first-come, first-served booking — every application is reviewed personally by the team, because we want to be sure this ride is the right fit for you, and you’re the right fit for the group.

Here’s how it works:

1. Submit your application — the more detail you give us about your riding experience and fitness, the faster we can make a decision.
2. We review it — we aim to get back to every applicant within [X] working days.
3. If you’re accepted, we’ll email you full details on next steps, including how to secure your place with a £500 deposit.
4. Your place is confirmed once the deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable — it’s your commitment to the ride, and it lets us start booking teahouses, transport, and logistics in Upper Mustang on your behalf.
